Return Policy: Refunds are not offered unless products are defective. Shipping fees may not be fully refundable. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to QNS within 14 days after the product has been received. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please email QNS (queerneuropsychologicalsociety@gmail.com), and we will be happy to facilitate your return and claim request from our distributer.
