Rachel Zachar-Tirado, PsyD, ABPP-CN (she/they)

Dr. Zachar-Tirado is a board certified clinical neuropsychologist who received their doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. She completed her internship at the Illiana VA and completed a two-year postdoctoral residency in lifespan neuropsychology at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital. After practicing for a few years in Wisconsin, she made her way back to the Illiana VA in Illinois where she works with interns and continues to serve veterans in need of neuropsychological services. Dr. ZT has served as QNS’ Advocacy Committee chair for the past two years and has enjoyed the work they have been able to do with QNS thus far. Outside of work, they enjoy cross country skiing in the winter, rollerskiing in the summer, composing music, and spending time with her spouse and kiddo. She has also been known to enjoy a good pun!
